Corsa Brew

This is a blend of Honduran coffee (from the Lenca Indians) and Indian coffee. The result is a big bold dark roast with cacao flavors and a long lingering aftertaste that will surely get you around the track. Our coffee is small batch roasted using coffee that has been sourced directly from the farmer. What exactly does that mean? It means the roaster who prepares this coffee has been to the farmer, shaken his hand, toured his plantation and understands why there is a waiting list to work with him. He takes incredible pride in his product and his employees.
