1. Service Overview
   GR Designs provides website hosting services to keep your website online and accessible. Hosting includes storage, security, and regular backups.
2. Payment Terms
   • Hosting services are billed on a monthly basis, in advance.
   • Payment is due by the first day of each billing cycle.
   • Failure to pay the hosting fee within 15 days of the due date may result in suspension of your website.
3. Service Suspension & Termination
   • If the hosting fee is not paid, your website may be suspended until payment is received.
   • GR Designs reserves the right to terminate hosting services if payment remains outstanding for 30 days or more.
4. Client Responsibilities
   • The client is responsible for ensuring domain settings are correct and any necessary third-party services (e.g., domain registrar) are properly maintained.
   • Any changes made by the client that impact the hosting or website functionality may result in additional charges for support.
5. Support
   GR Designs offers basic support for hosting-related issues. For additional website updates or major technical issues, additional fees may apply.
6. Liability
   GR Designs is not liable for any data loss, downtime, or security breaches caused by the client’s actions, third-party services, or external factors outside of our control.
7. Cancellation
   • You may cancel your hosting service with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.
